We have a 3-day refund policy. Refund requests must be made within 3 days of placing your order. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, refunds are no longer available. If approved, your refund will be returned to your original payment method and may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account. 

Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and let us know right away if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you experience any issues, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the problem. We’ll send out a correct replacement as quickly as possible.

Refunds
We will notify you once the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shopplentyforall@gmail.com.
